Indian GP Series to be rescheduled

New Delhi: The Indian Grand Prix Series 2015 which were to be held at Patiala (April 15), Sangrur April 19) and Delhi (April 25)) respectively, will be rescheduled due to their proximity with the dates of the Asian Grand Prix Series, which has been moved ahead to June in place of July. The new dates for the Asian GP Series are as follows:
1st Leg - June 22, 2015-PathumThani, Thammasat University Sports Complex (Thailand)
2nd Leg - June 25, 2015 - Ayuthaya Province Stadium (Thailand)
3rd Leg - June 29, 2015 Bangkok National Stadium
Instead of the Indian GP Series now, the Federation Cup National Championships to be held in Mangalore’s Mangala Stadium from May 1-4, will mark the first big outing for the National campers and the other leading athletes of the country. The Championships in Mangalore will also serve as the selection trials for the Indian Athletics Team for the Asian Athletics Championships which are to be held in China, from June 3-7, 2015.
