New Delhi. The Athletics Federation of India was left into mourning following the death of 18-year old athlete Palinder Chaudhary on Wednesday, 14 November 2018.
Palinder, who represented India at the 2nd Asian Youth Athletics Championships held in Bangkok last year, was residing at JLN Stadium hostel as he was a part of sprints academy.
“It is a tragic loss of young life. We have lost an upcoming athlete. AFI is deeply shocked and sad,” said Adille J Sumariwalla, AFI President.
