New Delhi, Aug 10: India’s star long distance runner and double gold medalist at Asian Championships, Lakshmanan ran a fantastic 5000m race at the IAAF World Championships 2017 in London on Wednesday.
Lakshmanan was in the leading group which also comprised Double-Double gold medallist & legendary British athlete Mo Farah till the end.
Lakshmanan delivered his life time best performance of 13:35.69 (previous best 14:02.90) at the worlds. Hope you break national record soon which currently stands at 13:29.70.
